Nominate 10 bloggers. Ensure that they are aware of their nomination. Neither the award’s creator, nor the blogger that nominated you, can be nominated.

At the end of 2020, every blog that ping-backs the creator’s original post will be entered to win the 2020 Outstanding Blogger Award.

Because I was nominated by two bloggers, I will be answering both of their questions 🙂

What 3 GIFs would you use to sum up the last book you’ve read? 📖

The last book I read was The Broken Puppet by Amo Jones, which is a new adult romance novel. I have a solid opinion on what I think about this:

If you woke up in the body of (insert any fictional character ya like) what would you do? 👀

I’m going to choose Audrey Rose Wadsworth from the Stalking Jack the Ripper series for this one. First of all, London in the 1800’s? YES. Being the only female studying forensic medicine? Petition for me to switch bodies right now.

What is your favourite word? 💬

I really don’t have a favourite word, if i’m being honest.

Why did the chicken cross the road? (I’m expecting a creative answer yeah) 🐔

To escape the KFC obviously.

What is something you will uninvent and why? 🧪

i’m going to be super basic here and say exams. Right now, they’re killing my brain cells and are the literal bane of my existence.

What is the silliest thing you have ever done (because of a dare if applicable)?  🤡

I do a lot of stupid stuff on a daily basis. but the silliest would have to be almost burning down my kitchen 😳

If everyone was like a food item and had an ingredient label, what would yours contain? 🍟

A little bit of sunshine with a whole lot of moody dumbass. That probably isn’t the right way to answer that question but I’m going to be metaphorical for this one.

How are you?

It’s currently 2 am at the time I’m doing this post so I’m kinda sleepy.

Is there a book to movie adaption where you actually prefer the movie?

There’s two for this actually; The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and The Maze Runner by James Dashner. Super unpopular opinion right here. I loved the adaptations but wasn’t a huge fan of the books. i’m pretty sure I dnf’d both series at some point.

Reading with or without music? Why?

It honestly depends on the book. I don’t mind listening to music while reading contemporary romance or romance in general but it distracts me a lot while i’m reading fantasy.

What’s a hobby you’ve never tried before but really want to give a go?

Definitely baking. I’m one of those people that appreciates food from afar or by eating it. But baking sounds like a lot of fun😁

What’s your favourite season?

Winter. Definitely winter. For me, it’s like the peak comfort season for reading.

Pretend it’s not 2020 – if you could go on holiday anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Either London or Greece. London because it’s the backdrop of some of my favourite books and Greece because greek mythology and cuisine are extremely fascinating.

What is your favourite festival? Why?

Halloween because of the costumes, especially cosplays. You really get to see people’s creativity and their interpretation on fictional characters. And also the candy, obviously.

  • What genre of books would you associate the winter season with? ❄️
  • If there’s one scene you could delete in a book, what would it be? 😼
  • What fictional character do you think you most probably wouldn’t get along with? 🔪
  • What is a genre that you’d like to read more of in 2021? 📖
  • How would you describe your reading year in a gif? 🤩
  • What is a book that you’d recommend to people that are new to the YA genre? ❤️
  • Share a quote from one of your favourite books! 🥳

I’m nominating:

Sanah @ Stories & Stardust

Ahaana @ Windows to Worlds

Becky @ Dusts of Magic

April Lee @ Booked Till Midnight

Lilly @ Lilly’s Little Library

Erin @ Rins Reads

Nehal @ Books and Words

@ this belle reads too

Noura @ the perks of being noura

Rafaela @ the portuguese bibliophile

Obviously it’s not mandatory to this award so no pressure. 😁 But if you’re doing it, don’t forget to do the ping-back so your nomination will count. While you’re at it, check out all these amazing blogs. 🤩

Until next time✌️
